I Can Finish Something

There are a zillion things I want to do
and only fifty years left
in which to do them-
if I'm lucky.
I'll never finish.
And if I do-
I'll think of a zillion more.
But it only takes five minutes
to write a poem,
provided you aren't worried
about rhyming.
